In this space, I’m going to provide you with detailed information about the various products I use in your hair during our salon sessions, as well as how you can effectively use them yourself at home for optimal results. Earlier this year, I started carrying some new and exciting products that you may not be familiar with yet. However, I've been working with these items long enough to develop a good understanding of which ones I truly like and recommend. To begin, I will focus on the Oway Hair products that I carry, as that is the brand I offer most frequently. Oway is short for Organic Way, and it represents a premium line of products that are entirely vegan and cruelty-free. Oway Raw Mud
The first hair styling product I’m going to talk about is Raw Mud by Oway. Oway Shaping Putty
This is another one of my favorite products from Oway. The Shaping Putty is a highly versatile styling paste that effectively provides structure, body, and definition while delivering a natural, semi-matte finish. It is enriched with biodynamic Eschscholzia to enhance softness and ensure optimal control, organic Centaurea for added shine and protection, and ethically sourced Marula, which nourishes the hair without leaving any unwanted residue behind. This product creates a strong shape and definition that enhances your overall look, adds body and definition without any unsightly buildup, and works to enhance softness and shine while effectively taming even the most unruly strands. Additionally, it is particularly great for achieving added volume, even on the finest hair types, ensuring that your hair looks its best. To use the Shaping Putty, begin by working a dime sized amount of the product between your hands until it is evenly distributed. Then, apply it to either wet or dry hair to create desired texture and shape with ease. This versatile putty is particularly ideal for short and very short hairstyles, as it provides a semi-matte finish while ensuring long-lasting control throughout the day.
